Community Spotlight

The Great Community Give is the first ever community wide online giving day event hosted by The Community Foundation. It will take place on April 18th. The money raised will support 59 local partner nonprofit organizations.  Amanda Bomfim, the coordinator of the event, was kind enough to answer our questions. Read on to find out more.

Real Estate Market Brief & Trends

The buzzword in 2018 so far has been low inventory. New listings are down from last year by 13%, and when a house hits the market, it doesn’t stay there for long. The average days on market has dropped a drastic 35% – from 131 to 85. Sales have increased by 16% and the average price per square foot continues to improve. Read on to find out more.
