We provide numerous opportunities for you to meet people you need to know – potential customers, partners and collaborators. Network through the following Chamber-led programs and events:

Aging in Place Roundtable meets each month to educate the community about local services supporting vitality and choice in the second half of life. This committee provided a forum for discussion and collaboration about the issues surrounding aging in place

Business Councils – including Broadway-Timberville, East Rockingham, Greater Ashby and Diversity – meets throughout the year to provide businesses opportunities to connect through
informational and educational meetings, promoting the economic vitality and quality of life throughout the community.

Hospitality Committee meets to discuss ways to improve the economic competitiveness of the hospitality industry through dialogue and relationship building

Public Policy met monthly to identify, evaluate and monitor social, political and environmental trends, as well as issues and concerns affecting the business community.

Shenandoah Women’s Alliance, a network of dynamic, diverse women empowering one another through inspirations, education and service, met throughout the year at various Chamber member locations. Participants learned about the importance of health and wellness and successful financial strategies for today’s woman to name a few. At each meeting, upcoming service projects were highlighted, educating attendees on the needs of the community and encouraging participation.
